We keep watch on the details of your trip. When you book with Robles Travel Group, your itinerary doesn't just sit in a file. TripWatch is our trip-monitoring service, offered with every booking at no extra charge. While you're traveling, we monitor the things that can disrupt a trip — flight status changes, severe weather, and travel advisories — and we let you know when something needs your attention. Monitoring is performed with automated and AI-assisted tools under Robles Travel Group's supervision, and every client-facing alert is reviewed and sent by a member of our team. TripWatch is not continuously monitored by a person, and response times may vary. No app to download. No extra fee. Enrollment and consent are part of your booking paperwork.

HOW IT WORKS

You book and enroll.

TripWatch enrollment is part of your booking paperwork. Each traveler signs their own consent form, and monitoring begins once enrollment is complete and activated.

We monitor.

We track flight status, severe weather, and travel advisories tied to your itinerary — matched to your flights, your dates, and your destinations.

We alert.

Email is our primary notice channel and may arrive at any hour, including overnight. Texts are a courtesy nudge sent only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time, wherever you are; a text that would fall outside those hours is held until 8 AM. If we cannot determine your local time, we will not send a text. A delayed or held text does not affect email. Robles Travel Group's on-trip support line stays open at any hour while you're traveling; TripWatch outbound alerts are not a 24/7 service.

What TripWatch Is — and Isn't.

TripWatch is a best-efforts monitoring service. We monitor diligently, but no monitoring catches everything, and alerts can be delayed, missed, or not delivered.

Monitoring relies on third-party airline, airport, weather, and public information that may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Robles Travel Group does not guarantee detection, notification, prevention of disruption, safety, rebooking, or uninterrupted monitoring. Travelers remain responsible for checking supplier communications and following official instructions. This service is not an emergency-response service.

TripWatch is not insurance, and it is not a substitute for official airline, cruise line, hotel, transportation-provider, or government notices.

TripWatch doesn't replace travel protection, and it doesn't replace your own judgment. Always check directly with your airline, monitor conditions yourself, and carry the travel documents you need.

What TripWatch gives you is a travel advisor who knows your trip, watching the details alongside you — with the terms in your enrollment paperwork setting out exactly what the service does and does not promise.

Prefer not to enroll? That's your call — just let us know. You'll still have Robles Travel Group's standard on-trip support; you simply won't receive TripWatch monitoring and you won't receive TripWatch alerts.

What if I miss a text or email alert?

TripWatch is a best-efforts service. Alerts can be delayed, missed, or not delivered. The enrollment terms set out the limits of the monitoring service, and that's why we always recommend checking with your airline directly and carrying your own travel documents.

When do alerts arrive?

Emails may arrive at any hour, including overnight. Texts are sent only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time; a text that would otherwise fall outside those hours is held until 8 AM, and if we can't determine your local time we won't send a text. Robles Travel Group's on-trip support line stays open at any hour while you're traveling.

Is TripWatch an emergency service?

No. TripWatch is informational and is not an emergency-response service. If you need emergency help, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority.

Can I opt out of TripWatch?

Yes. Enrollment is consent-based. If you decline, you won't receive TripWatch monitoring or alerts, but you'll still have Robles Travel Group's standard on-trip support for the duration of your trip.

Does TripWatch replace travel insurance?

No. TripWatch is monitoring and alerts; travel protection is financial coverage. We strongly recommend travel protection on every trip, and we're happy to walk you through options.

Does TripWatch track my location?

No. TripWatch does not track your device, monitor your movements, or collect GPS or precise-location information.
